When doing plan review (or any document review), you can route documents to any reviewer through Civic Review. After all reviews are collected, you can then send all the feedback to the applicant through their portal. They can then look over your notes and submit a new version, which will restart the whole review process once again. This feedback loop is important to reducing approval times.
